Subject to seat availability, the tour will be scheduled, and a 50% deposit of the total package cost must be made at the time of booking. The remaining sum must be deposited twenty days before the departure date from Cochin. The total package price (which is subject to change at any time) will cover all of the following: cruise transportation from Cochin, port, embarkation and disembarkation fees, food, lodging, and sightseeing, as applicable.
Ship schedules may be altered or canceled at any time for any reason, for reasons we are not aware of or cannot control. The company will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses to passengers resulting from a delay, rescheduling, or cancellation of a voyage. - Cancellations made 30 days or less before the ship’s departure will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
- If the reservation is canceled between the 29th and 10th days before the ship’s departure, a 25% cancellation fee will be applied.
- If canceled within ten days of the ship’s departure, there will be no refund.
- Any additional fees assessed by the vessel operator in the event of a cancellation or modification will be borne by the customer.
