Before having their bus passes sent to their houses, customers can order them online, calculate the cost using a price calculator, and complete an application. - You can now apply for a DTC New Bus Pass in 3 easy steps: complete the online application form, make your payment online, and get your bus pass in 5 working days. The following details the complete application procedure for a new Delhi DTC bus pass: –
- Check out dtcpass.delhi.gov.in to access the official website.
- To access the Apply Bus Pass page, either click “Apply for New Bus Pass” on the site or go directly to http://dtcpass.delhi.gov.in/checkPassDetails.jsp.- Select Yes or No to indicate whether you presently use a bus pass. Click “Submit” if you selected “No” and you are requesting a new bus pass.
- After that, complete the online Delhi DTC Bus Pass application form, which will then appear as follows:
- Here, applicants can fill out their full names, residences, and other details. They can also attach a recent photo.
- Candidates can choose “Submit” to complete the DTC new bus pass online application process after making payment.
- Before completing a purchase, candidates are required to calculate their payment using a pricing calculator. Additionally, applicants must print out and save their completed online DTC new bus pass application form for later use.

Conventional DTC Bus Pass vs. e-Bus Pass
- You can access the dynamically produced electronic bus pass (e-Bus Pass) by clicking the link supplied by SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
- A traditional bus pass, created by the system and mailed to the applicant’s residence via speed post, looks like a printed ticket.
Additional Fees for Online DTC Bus Pass Purchase
The following fees will also be incurred in addition to the ones already mentioned:
- The Bank Each online transaction will be subject to any costs that the customer’s bank imposes; these fees vary from bank to bank.
- There are Rs. 15 in printing and stationery expenses for each pass.
- Speed post fees for each pass are Rs. 18 for pin codes in the local region and Rs. 41 for pin codes beyond the local area.
- Except for bank transaction fees, there are no additional costs associated with obtaining an e-Bus Pass.
