The dimensions of the EQE SUV are 4,863 mm in length, 1,940 mm in width, and 1,685 mm in height. It also receives a 1,675-liter boot and a 3,030 mm wheelbase.

As with other Mercedes electric vehicles, the EQE SUV retains its streamlined looks and precise body contours. Aerodynamic wheels and a front grille that is sealed off are practical design elements that are carried over from other EVs.  

The 20-inch wheels and air suspension on the EQE SUV allow for a 25mm ride height increase. With dimensions of 4,863 mm long, 1,685 mm high, and 3,030 mm wide, the EQE SUV is a big car.

The EQE 500 SUV comes equipped with the brand’s 56-inch Hyperscreen display. Three screens can be seen on the dashboard, and they are connected by a substantial piece of toughened glass. In the case of the digital instruments panel, the panels can be used for entertainment in addition to information presentation, just like the passenger display and the central infotainment unit.

The EQE has amenities like ADAS, a Burmester sound system with 15 speakers, a cabin-wide high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filter, and massaging features for the front seats.

It has a top speed of 210 km/h and is touted to sprint from 0 to 100 kph in 4.9 seconds thanks to the engines’ 408 horsepower and 858 Nm of torque. Three different regeneration levels can be selected using the paddle shifters that are placed behind the steering wheel. The EQE 5004matic SUV will also come with a 10-year battery warranty from Mercedes.

The Mercedes-Benz EQE 500 4MATIC SUV will be sold in India as a CBU and competes with other high-end electric SUVs such as the recently released Audi Q8 e-tron (Rs 1.14 crore–1.26 crore), BMW iX (Rs 1.21 crore), and Jaguar I-Pace (Rs 1.20 crore).
